How to view and manage your plan

If you would like to run bulk checks, switch from a monthly to a prepaid plan, or change your prepaid plan to a monthly plan, contact support.

1. Go to your profile, click your name, then select Billing and payments from the dropdown.
   
   
   
   
2. In the My Plan section, click Manage plan. 
   
   
   
   
   
3. A popup window will show the plan you are currently on. 
   
   
   
   
   
4. Here you can also edit your subscription, pause your subscription, and cancel your subscription.
   
   

5. Click Edit subscription to change your plan.
   
   

6. You'll see details of your current plan. Click Change.
   
   

7. Choose your new plan from the dropdown menu. Click Update.
   
   

8. To finish editing your plan, click Update subscription.
